This week, I did something that feels so absolutely cathartic: I threw away all of my old journals.
I don't even journal anymore. I stopped being my own self-help project, and started feeling & expressing my feelings fully. I live in alignment. No more self-abandoment. I live in gratitude.

Even like $5 helps.
He's 33 months clean &sober. His teenage daughter just moved in with us and just started highschool. He is so deserving of help. He's worked so hard. He just got off probation after 20 years.
