I just finished "The Warden" by @soundingline.bsky.social and I really enjoyed the "fancy city-trained wizard assigned to tiny backwater village and has to get along with the locals" element. It becomes more of an adventure as it goes on, but that pastoral thread felt particularly fun and different.
