This is good news. Kinda thought Thune and the other Leadership candidates had already handed their testicals to Dear Leader. And 100% that Dems need to play hard and not make nice.
Thune is saying they will hold confirmation hearings and that the filibuster is here to stay and that means Dems better fucking use it at every possible chance.

Agree. And despite a few doomsayers over on Threads, I continue to believe that getting as many federal district/appellate. judges confirmed in the lame duck session gives us another arrow in the quiver.
Once again, I must point out that the silver lining is that all the flat fucking undeniable incompetence means it's far less likely they will be able to enact the worst of their plans.
