I went back to my old apartment for the last time. I kneeled down to pet Mr straybee and maia came out to greet him excitedly. He jumped on my knee and up to my shoulders adorning me like a mink stoal. He purred and mashed his face into the back of my head; i had a hard time leaving.

The sky was so pretty at sunset today it was unfair. Like neon cotton candy swirls, I could barely keep my eyes on the road. I could only hope, in a parallel universe or with the help of a time machine, I could be riding my horse on my daily commute.

I dreamt that I kept escaping a nuclear holocaust to dip into this awesome candy store. I was addicted to some marshmallow ghost taffy stuff; it was incredible.
