At the same time Mike Johnson was telling the media that he had to adjourn Congress to avoid a vote on Epstein because Trump was working on getting the grand jury transcripts released, DOJ was telling the court that there is no legal basis to release the grand jury transcripts.

This is not normal. A sitting president refusing to call the governor of a state after two elected officials were shot, one fatally, is beyond words. A typical president, regardless of politics, would pick up the phone. Offer condolences.
