If Trump defies SCOTUS, impeachment must begin. The president swears to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Defying the judicial branch could be seen as a failure to uphold that oath, a high crime and misdemeanor, and abuse of power.

So scary that anyone can be detained and sent to another country with no due process and no reason. Most aren’t criminals.
I want you to understand this is happening in our name and we know most of these men committed no crimes. One is a professional soccer player who was tortured in Venezuela and was working through asylum in the U.S. ICE shipped him for his Real Madrid tattoo and a picture throwing rock & roll horns.
