The road at #Torcross is officially closed and the sea is roaring even at low tide. Definitely avoid as the tide is rising. The size of the rocks it has shifted is terrifying.

Kruger's work on 'social covenant' is liked by centrists. Akin to #BigSociety and #communitypower - masking corporate power and hollowing out of welfare state - it sees to shift burden of public services onto communities, especially poor, under the guise of empowerment.
