Been waiting for a while for this location, at 187 Sparks, to open permanently. This is good news.
Kichesippi Beer Co. is coming to Sparks Street! It was a pleasure to meet with Paul, tour the new space, and hear about the plans for this exciting new location.

Spent a bit of time with some cool liberal ducks. Liberal because they are chill, don't discriminate, understand the impacts of climate change, put caring ahead of profits, and the don't cage other ducks outta spite.

Darcy Spady is the Liberal candidate running against PP in Battle River-Crowfoot, AB. I highly recommend that y'all make a donation to support his campaign. Would be lovely to see PP lose again. 🇨🇦💪

Congrats to @vancityreynolds.bsky.social on receiving the Order of Canada, on Canada Day. Not sure that putting your hand on the Governor General's shoulder is proper etiquette, but that's what makes us Canadians amazing: formalities are less important than being true and sincere. 🇨🇦💪

I'm grateful for public health policies and practices that kept me and my loved ones healthy and alive, so that we can enjoy life today.

So y'all Americans know. This is YOUR American embassy in Canada, showing the gay/LGBTQ colours. Your out-of-country politics seems more progressive than at home. Fuck Trump.

In an era that looked as if it might be defined by an American man of depraved cruelty, corruption & shame, what a magnificent thing the Catholic Church has done. The elevation of an American man of goodness, grace, humility, mercy & faith to the Throne of St. Peter is moving & momentous for us all.

Am I the only one who finds that having an 'American' pope makes the pope now seem less spiritual, inspiring and traditional (in the good sense). Feels like we got ourselves a disposable American McPope. I think that Pope Leo will be very good, but the American coverage of him is too American.
