I like the concept of "medianworlds" (worlds where you're the average person) because it offers much more scope for unreasonable complaining. No longer must my complaints reckon with "no one else wants that" and "people would not just." in a world of OZYS we would do this PROPERLY

it's a normal human impulse to go "good" about someone you think is evil getting shot, but it's better if this sentiment isn't in the public discourse where it can inspire more shooters etc.

“Don’t feed the trolls” also extends to bad opinion pieces in papers of record.
They run them bc people react to them the most.
If we stop linking to bad columns and instead post thinkers we find valuable (& generate convo around it), incentives change.
It’s not easy and takes constant practice!

I think a lot of the trouble with romantic relationships has nothing to do with feminism or the apps or porn or TikTok or video games or the innate evil of men, but rather is a product of The Human Condition
