My super awesome and cool Bead Language is here after literally a week of planning and reworking, so here's the deets 🧵 #Writing #Conlang [1/8]

In said language, they read, from top to bottom, Mapaalii ("mapaalii"), farewell ("selinciidaara"), and hello ("hatæyii"). The first symbol of each phrase resembles string curled over itself, and the last symbol of each resemble tied knots.

Another scrapped book, Not My Type. It starred a wide variety of personified fonts, I think? I don't even remember who the protagonist was, but I remember Wingdings was a set of triplets (one for each symbol set).

More scrapped books, this time one I called "That Dream Store". As the name suggests, it was based on a dream I had. Problem being, it was also basically an Undertale Dollar Store AU.

Whatever your feelings are on artificial intelligence, A.I. has nothing to do with the purpose of the alt attribute or alt text. To suggest that people deliberately write misleading alt text in order to "stick it to A.I." is going to hurt the humans who rely on it to access the web.

Some are suggesting you deliberately write inaccurate or confusing alt text, because they say this confuses AI scrapers that are analyzing images.

The purpose of alt text is to help people who cannot see the image. Deliberately misrepresenting the image is a gross misuse of alt text. Don't do it.

A funny ass side effect of being a furry is that my attempts at anthropomorphic *plants* actually look more like humans than any of the anthro animals do

I love redesigns because I get to mess around with different features and colours yet again, and get to see improvements from the previous incarnation (shading go brrrrr).

But I also get the chance to realize I actually really like a character and should outline more of the book they're in...
