OC development can't be entirely filling out bios and character sheets and questionnaires and ask memes. Eventually - if they're part of a story you want to tell - you will have to sit down and think of the connective tissue that gives context to their personhood.

Checkout their stores and get others to notice them. If you hate slop you need to make real art flourish otherwise thier is no point.
