The YouTuber Hazel makes a great point in her video about the animanga Eiken that calls for censorship first target queer expression and then, if they can shut down that, they move on to all dissent. Ultimately the goal is for people to have no say in society, only the will of the ruling class.
I'm ace, but even I realize how important it is to protect ero media. to conservatives, anything queer is porn. but even if they did theoretically stop at porn - which they won't - it's still important to protect it because ero media deserves to exist. it's a form of expression for people.
