I have a meeting with the Head next week to check in with how I’m going (new job started), I hope it goes ok. I know I need to sit on my thoughts a little longer though, but my main bug bear is the amount of time the nursery sit.

Have survived our 3rd and final night in the garden cabin, Husband ended up sleeping in a woolly hat and we had extra blankets…and I had a cat on my head. But it was probably the best bit of Christmas for me.

3 more weeks and my time as a deputy nursery manager will be over💔. 3 more weeks and after 10 years of love and laughter our doors will close. 3 more weeks just feels like a stab in the chest. We tried, we fought, but we couldn’t hold on…gutted. Onto new EY adventures in 2025.
