So I've been fine with the split between multi and single player gaming because arbitrary mutliplayer modes that go nowhere and do nothing interesting have always been stupid, IMHO
that being said, I profoundly pity these fools out here trying to launch a multiplayer game with no pedigree and no IP

I think maybe one of the reasons that I don't groove on idol thing is because the core concept of idols is "make people happy" and one of my fundamental beliefs is "you can't make people do anything"
