Yeah, no. Definitely not true. In the states I'd be so unhealthy and unstable that I'd likely end up on the streets like so many do. Luckily BC covers virtually all of my meds through Plan G and I'm able to remain mostly alright. US healthcare is only good if you're rich and can bribe them with cash

(I can't edit to add), but Gold Bond makes a fairly effective itch cream. It might help relieve some of the discomfort, but if it's your whole body I'd focus on only the itchiest spots. I don't think it's good to slather your entire self in it as much as you may want to.

I'm waiting for 'em. I had them for 5 months last year and stress was part of it 😅😭 I feel like it's a matter of time before I'm an itchy b!TCH ☠️

Not evening yet here, but going to work today I missed BOTH turns into the road it's on...turned around, missed the last one AGAIN and finally managed to actually make it on like the third try. Haven't missed both turns and then missed the closest one like that in a loooooong time.

Distraction is great and all, but sometimes it just results in everything coming to a really ugly head one day, and a crash that takes time to heal from. There's a line between distracting yourself healthily or distracting yourself to avoid feeling at all. Distract but also let yourself process.
