There are large and small patches of gas, glowing in red and pink colours, where new stars are forming. Webs of dark dust are spread over the disc. Just finished reading The Witch and the Tsar by Olesya Salnovika Gilmore. This reimagining of Baba Yaga in the era of Ivan the Terrible is a solidly woven love letter to Slavic mythology even if it has a bit of an off pacing. 4 stars.
