The initiative will collaborate with the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System, and utilize genealogical company Othram to identify remains.

When Scott Peterson got home and his wife was "missing," first thing he ate was leftover pizza with a glass of milk. So much about him said sociopath, but that pizza and milk . . . Idk.
