When going for a record like this, recommend not answering the door…
The longest I have ever gone without talking to anybody at all, including online and responding to texts etc, is 26 days. That was when I was 31. I turn 40 tomorrow and I plan on breaking that record before I turn 50. I got to 24 days last year but a Jehovah's Witness ruined it.
