This is what drives me.

We know all workplaces need trauma-informed leadership. Unfortunately, resources and supports are hard to find, and most are poor quality. This shouldn't be a niche area. We aim to provide high-quality evidence-based supports, and build the evidence base

In 2024 the Queensland Mental Health Commission published the Queensland Trauma Strategy 2024-2029.

The first of its kind, the Strategy outlined the responsibility of all workplaces to be trauma-informed. They stressed the importance of upskilling leaders to be able to support their staff

All organisations need trauma-informed leadership, not just those traditionally considered high-risk.

At Reflexa Consulting our experts in trauma, implementation science and co-design are uniquely positioned to help organisations develop tailored, sustainable interventions.

We need evidence-based approaches that view trauma as the norm, not something that happens to an unlucky few. Using universal measures tailored to an organisation's individual context benefits everyone, and means that people who have experienced trauma are not singled out. #traumainformed

Very pleased to report HSRAANZ met with NHMRC leadership last Thursday to discuss critical HSR funding concerns. They acknowledged our concerns, committed to review processes, provide data and meet again in June. Encouraging start but structural reforms still urgently needed

It is astonishing to see this research being shared so widely. So far it has been picked up by 62 news outlets in Australia and around the world, and has started an important conversation about what standard of healthcare we should expect in rural and remote communities.
