I've been playing The Seance of Blake Manor and I mentioned to my wife that it reminds me of Blue Prince – a game I never got into, but liked how much everyone else enjoyed it.

So I was pleased to read @rcmacleod.bsky.social had similar feelings, too. aftermath.site/seance-of-bl...

Giving Backloggd a proper college try.

No, I don’t have a problem with finishing games. Why do you ask?

This thing has a faster chip than my phone, tablet, and laptop.

Let’s see what this spatial computing thing is all about, shall we?

I'm going to be spending some quality time with the M5 Apple Vision Pro very soon. It'll be my first real time with any AVP, so I'm looking for recommendations on apps and experiences I should try to get a feel for what the headset is all about.

Headset owners, shout up!

If you're still sending me collab ideas for iMore, you might want to have a rethink about your choice of career.

I'm going to take ChatGPT Atlas for a spin. Against my better judgement.

AppleCare+ remains the best value in tech. New front and back glass on an iPhone 15 Pro Max for £50? Bargain, it's like a new phone.

I wanted to see whether the iPhone Air's single camera and minuscule battery was as big a problem as I thought they would be. So I took one on vacation to find out.

Here's what I found after spending two weeks in Crete with an iPhone Air.

I took an iPhone Air on vacation to test its two biggest compromises -- and came home surprised
The iPhone Air is compromised in two main ways: its battery life, and the fact it only has one camera. I wanted to see just how compromised that made it for me, so I took it on a 10-night family vacat...

I don't normally share too much of what I do because nobody cares. But having something like this up on CNET of all places makes me unreasonably chuffed.

So yeah. That's still a thing. 😑

Do yourself a favour and get Death's Door while it's on sale. It's perfect for the Steam Deck and it is easily the best £3.55 I've ever spent.

So far, the biggest thing I've noticed from my new M4 Pro MacBook Pro, compared to the old M1 Pro model, is that TestFlight now opens quickly enough for me to not have forgotten why I opened it in the first place.

They should put that on an ad, I reckon it'd probably shift some Macs.

Call me old fashioned, but I think writers should actually, you know, write.

If you’re using AI to do it, you can’t call yourself a writer. You’re a charlatan.
Scoop: Business Insider informed its staff this week that they are allowed to use ChatGPT to generate first drafts of their stories, while also indicating the newsroom will not disclose such A.I. use to readers.
