Happy to be starting my study visit at the EP Panel for the Future of Science and Technology (STOA)! I will observe the work on academic freedom, in particular the upcoming studies on Horizon Europe. The visit supports my re:constitution project on Article 13 CFR and the scope of EU intervention.
