Unfortunately they dont technically have to do their jobs of "protect and serve". Google Castle Rock vs Gonzales. Cops SUCK at their jobs. Its the only "profession" where you can legitimately fail upwards. Also virtually every single precinct in Murika has failing clearance rates but bloated budgets
