I soy cured some ikura last night and while it's not perfect it's still plenty tasty and I'm happy to try doing more in the kitchen again!

I wish I had flatback studs for my earrings when I was growing up. I probably wouldn't have needed to get repierced twice if I did!

I can't tell if it was because we watched the new Avatar film in 2D or a quirk of the theater we saw it at, but the frame rate kept shifting from 24fps to 60fps which ended up feeling incredibly jarring.

I was getting a bit bummed out over my year end summaries because I felt like it meant I wasn't spending enough time on the things I enjoyed until I reminded myself that the time I've spent having fun and living my life are not always easily quantified or tracked digitally.
