They probably quoted the officer’s report, and I’m sure he used language that wouldn’t incriminate himself. “Unknown object” sounds like something you’d read in a police report.

Neighbors who live along the 28th Street corridor in North Baltimore welcome the changes.

If nothing else, this makes the Governor's proposed transportation budget that'd effectively prevent the MTA from getting ahead of safety issues like these look ridiculous.

I can’t imagine someone that’s only commenting on the ridership ever really used it in the first place.
If all you have to share on social media about Baltimore's light rail system shutting down indefinitely is something about its ridership being significantly lower than it was pre-pandemic response, you're part of the problem.

Going to hang out on Bluesky, hopefully we don’t condone pulling guns on cyclists for reporting illegal parking in bike lanes here.

So I decided to enter the hornets nest of Nextdoor, and have been vehemently expressing support for the 28th St Bike Lane. The support has been great but some of the negative comments are crazy!

Nextdoor wants to see people riding the new 28th st.
bike lane, here you go. It’s in it’s incomplete state as you can see parked cars block the last leg to Maryland Ave.

Thanks to @bmorecitydot.bsky.social for working with the neighborhood to put in the 28th St. Bike lane. It was a pleasant ride to R. House to try Koshary Corner!

"Gov. Wes Moore’s 'season of discipline' should start by cutting spending on roadway expansions...Adding an extra lane to a road does not lead to a meaningful improvement of our community and just adds to our deficit later on when we are forced to resurface an even larger road."
Moore should cut state’s road budget first | READER COMMENTARY
The governor's push for fiscal discipline can begin with spending less on costly highway expansions that worsen climate change.
