If nothing else, this makes the Governor's proposed transportation budget that'd effectively prevent the MTA from getting ahead of safety issues like these look ridiculous.

Yes it was really small and I have a few videos. There were some good points brought up like why don't primarily Black neighborhoods in the city have Circulators and concerns about pollution. These are folks whose energy would be much better spent on the Red Line and improving our existing transit.
