Can I give a bx 5 diagnoses? You bet I can. ATN with vacuolization + eosinophilic AIN -> contrast nephropathy; marked RBC casts without crescents (pt highly anticoagulated) c/w anticoagulant nephropathy, Amyloidosis, incident IgA (fatty liver disease),+ DN. #renalpath is fun! #pathsky #nephrology
