A man after my own heart. I salute you.
One of the food stands is the Hot Beef Sandwich stand. It is a roast beef sandwich, carved off the spit (they used to do it more directly in front of you, but it was inefficient, so they now have a stockpile.)

It is a roast beef sandwich on a savory onion bun with sauce and onions.
