Seems bad that the Vice President has said this Nazi is one of his influences. Maybe political reporters should, um, report on it?
February 9, 2026 at 3:40 AM
You know what they called people who felt really bad for the Jews but voted with the Nazis 100% of the time?

Nazis. They called them Nazis.
The only thing here that matters:

"In Mr. Trump’s second term, Ms. Britt has voted in line with the president 100 percent of the time."

So tired of this reputation-laundering nonsense. I don't care what you think - I care what you do. www.nytimes.com/2026/02/05/u...

I mean, the Nazis were pretty famous for burning books. I don’t know why it’s surprising that Republicans don’t read either.

The fact that someone who’s descended from Jewish refugees fleeing anti-Semitic pogroms now thinks it’s terrible that refugees can come here and get full rights feels like the old Chappelle skit about the black white supremacist.

If you didn’t know that he’s an insane racist, you’d think that Stephen Miller was proudly describing the best thing about America
February 1, 2026 at 6:50 PM
The Trump regime is made up of two types of people:

1) People in the Epstein files (Trump, Elon, Lutnick)

2) Nazi incels (Vance, Miller)
January 31, 2026 at 11:22 PM
If you can read, you can be a federal prosecutor. And if you can’t … you still can be as long as you have some Nazi tattoos
This rules so hard. In law school I remember people who wanted to be federal prosecutors spending three years doing everything they could to be maybe, possibly be competitive for an AUSA job someday. Now you just need to hop on X the everything app and DM a guy named Chad.
January 31, 2026 at 11:12 PM
So you’re telling me that the guy who wears a Nazi jacket and has been leading a campaign of ethnic cleansing might also be an anti-Semite.

It’s always the ones you most suspect.
Breaking News: The Border Patrol leader Greg Bovino mocked the Jewish faith of the U.S. attorney in Minnesota during a call with lawyers, according to several people with knowledge of the conversation.

Gregory Bovino, the Border Patrol field leader, made disparaging remarks in reference to the U.S. attorney in Minnesota, an Orthodox Jew, people with knowledge of the phone call said.

Trump is arresting journalists, his secret police are asserting the power to arrest people without warrants, and they are using facial recognition to create a database of dissidents.

These are all stories from just today. If you can’t see that Trump is a fascist, you can’t see anything.

What you can expect from Warsh as Fed Chair
-More emphasis on what suits POTUS if it's a Republican
-Sudden concerns about inflation and fiscal deficits the moment it's not an R in the WH.

Don't expect the Fed to be a good-faith broker if govt is divided in the next crisis
Sure sounds like Kevin Warsh is Trump's Fed Chair choice

His views mostly change based on which master he intends to serve, and general partisan convenience.

Thought rates were too low until...November 2024. What a shocker

Tired: Data-dependence
Wired: Presidential-dependence
January 30, 2026 at 1:30 AM
That’s true, to a certain extent, but he also wanted to raise rates in 08 when Bush was still president. He was just persistently wrong about everything.
January 30, 2026 at 3:11 AM
Hack. I think he just wants the big, important job, and he used to think being an inflation hawk was the way to get it, but now he knows it’s just about sucking up to Trump.
January 30, 2026 at 3:10 AM
In that sense, Warsh is like everyone else in the Trump administration: either an unqualified hack, nut job, or white nationalist who couldn’t get within miles of one of these jobs from anyone but Trump, and knows it. Their unsuitability guarantees loyalty.
January 30, 2026 at 2:48 AM
Warsh wouldn’t be getting the job, though, if he hadn’t convinced Trump that he would do Trump’s bidding…

… So we have someone whose previous expertise was being wrong about the need to raises rates getting the job because he’s so desperate for it that he’d promise to cut them for Trump
January 30, 2026 at 2:26 AM
I think that was Warsh just politicking for the job and saying what he thought Trump wanted to hear. Which raises the possibility that Warsh is willing to be a total lackey to get the job he so clearly covets.
January 30, 2026 at 2:19 AM
It’s genuinely weird that Trump seems to like Warsh so much.

Warsh was a delusional inflation hawk who wanted to raise rates to fight imaginary inflation in the midst of very real, double-digit unemployment. That’s … not what Trump wants out of a Fed Chair.
January 30, 2026 at 2:15 AM
Back in 2017, I explained what a disastrous pick Kevin Warsh would be as Fed Chair.

He was perhaps the worst & most wrong Fed Governor we’ve ever had when he was there during the financial crisis, & learned nothing from it either.

Somehow, Warsh returned. www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp...

The characteristics that make a good Fed Chair — honesty, integrity, objectivity, humility, being a sharp reader of the data, collaboration, transparency, thoughtful communication — are all things Trump doesn’t like.

“We’ll keep murdering you if you keep calling us murderers, so you need to tone down the rhetoric” is the position of the supposedly less extreme ICE leader.

An entire community of thousands, here legally, having been demonized with deranged lies about eating pets, is about to be arbitrarily DECLARED illegal so they can be forcibly ethnically cleansed. I don’t want to hear one more fucking word about comparisons to Nazi Germany being overwrought.

Taxpayers have a right to know whose salary we are paying. ICE can either wear masks or they can get paid, but it can’t be both.

1) Leave Minneapolis
2) Need governor/mayor’s permission to surge into a city
3) No more masks

Republicans don’t read, and they don’t like watching real news because they don’t like anything that contradicts their ideology, which reality does. They prefer Nazitainment.

Unless you’re willing to lie more and be more racist than Fox News, they won’t watch you.
