They not only did not render aid, they actively prevented a physician on the scene from doing so…
I was already certain the moral character of ICE agents was pretty low, but when I saw that not one of the other agents even attempted to render aid to a young woman who they just saw get shot in the face I knew the caliber of the men we are dealing with was basically sub human.
