This is a double denial of the First Amendment: denying the free exercise of religion and favoring certain religious groups over others (e.g. conservative evangelicals have previously been allowed to use that same space).
BREAKING: Clergy and faith-based protesters challenging the GOP-led budget have now made it to Rotunda, where four are being arrested while praying.

Police have cleared the rotunda (but kept the arrests visible to press this time).
