This year I've been lucky enough to audition for voice roles in new projects set in universes I love, but recently I auditioned for the first time for an existing show that I already watch and enjoy. That felt like a milestone worth celebrating.
This is a good starter pack of inspirations from movies and shows that I love for my performance as Pinnec in "Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment." I love the stern-but-secretly-warm-hearted-veteran-warrior trope and it seems to suit my voice.

Thanks for making Launch Day of "Age of Imprisonment" such a joyous celebration! It's re-affirming to be back on a project of this scope. I'm excited to see if there are fans for Pinnec; his design is so fierce and I felt good about what we came up with vocally. Now it's in gamers' hands!

It will never stop getting under my skin when non-writers cannot grasp that "page count" is infinitely-mutable based on typeface, line spacing, & page size, while "word count" is an actual measurement. Cursed eternally to tell people something is _____ words and hear back "How many pages is that?"

Cab Driver: I knew a girl like that in high school. Seemed real shy, but turns out her Dad was a Nazi hiding out. He drove for Himmler!

Every $1 donation provides 4 or 5 meals from food banks. Even a donation of $5 right now can feed up to two dozen people. No, we shouldn’t have to do this. But we can.
Remember that while food banks welcome donations of food, they prefer $$$$$$$. They have deals with grocery stores and suppliers. You can only buy one dollar's worth of food for one dollar, but they can buy several dollars' worth. So don't, like, buy food to donate it, just give 'em the dough.

As a man who grew up before we knew much about the autism spectrum or how food sensitivity could link to it, I have LOTS of negative childhood memories as the underweight "picky eater." Every taste introduced to my palate was a win. So I'm celebrating my first taste of haggis as a BOSS FIGHT VICTORY

Foolish Luddites trying to dunk on this - everything in this clip makes complete sense as long as you assume every character is a malfunctioning T-1000. Who wouldn't want to see a sitcom about a bunch of them having relatable struggles in New Yoork Cite?
to my mind the worst part is at 0:45 but it's all incredibly uncanny. why are the friends multiplying. ever more friends in every "scene"
