Work has informed me I will now only qualify for half my pay as occupational sick pay this month. Yay, thanks for that.
I mean, my last job didn't pay me anything when I hurt my back 🙃 so 🤷
Luckily I've put money aside in anticipation of this development...still...hopefully I can feel better soon.

Today's adventures in Anxiety: relentless stabbing pains in my chest and upper back 😫
They've eased off now. I tried to calm myself through breathing and upper body stretching exercises. My shoulders and neck felt so rigid from stress. It's all because I saw a missed call from work on my phone 😭
