2moro I have to see another different doctor to get a sick note. I'm just so tired having to constantly explain about how I'm feeling. They can read the patient notes, because my brain is too numb. Also, I don't see why I need to attend in person when this cld be done by phone 😭

I thought visiting my pops in London would help my MH, but while it was lovely to see him, spend Xmas together, visit an exhibition, walk round etc, I found it very hard to maintain a 'happy exterior' all the time. It felt too tense.
Exhaustion has hit hard since returning home 😔

I wish there was an edit/add later button for the Alt text because the amount of times I delete and repost because I forgot to add it or couldn't find the right words to describe an image is just ridiculous. Sometimes I just can't get it right and then I just don't bother posting stuff 😔
