I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.
This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.
It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

Sort of hoping the news is wrong on Iran’s mountain lair not being destroyed. The last two times Trump’s projects fizzled out on national TV he invaded Los Angeles and preemptively bombed a sovereign nation. Scary to think what he’d do next in a crybaby rage.

If Rat King and his crew continue to fake out Iran by pretending they’re not at war then sucker-punching them, that’s basically the end of the United Nations. Diplomacy will have been effectively destroyed over big points of contention like nuclear energy. No mechanism exists to reestablish trust.

In every sense of the word, this is so practically and universally understood to be untrue that it’s annoying to even read about.

Honestly, as much grief as we give the Dems, they’re doing pretty remarkably when you consider that:
1.) the party now consists of literally everyone in America who had a coherent thought in their lives, which is quite the spectrum
2.) this is not enough to score a plurality of votes in the USA

I think Trump and Netanyahu are in cahoots, but even if not:
- Israel obliged US support
- US bases closer than Israel
- Iran can't realistically stay in the NPT
