Genuine question: Who is supplying all these rat's asses people keep offering? Is there some guy standing on the street corner in a trench coat, saying "hey kids, you wanna buy a rat's ass? They are my most popular item!" Is it currency somewhere? Do I put them in the "many hats" I'm wearing?

Given the current trend of breaking movies into parts I accept the inevitable film adaption of 'Six the musical' will be a nine-hour seven part visual extravaganza, released over 12 years, with a total budget of $750 million.

"Disrupt" is code for "Destroy reliable established services so that money previously widely distributed now funnels into a single source." Just like "AI" is code for "Mine the work humans did in the past so we don't have to pay them for their work in the future." That's why VCs like both words.
“Disrupt” is a very Silicon Valley word. Every time I see it crop up in a business-case, my bullshit-detection hackles go up.

I’m a cynical, suspicious, and skeptical person and I hope one day I let myself love something as much as the people who made Wicked love it. The care, dedication, and unbridled enthusiasm made this movie better than my wildest dreams and I hope that shows through the day I love something that much.

Idk much about social media but if one place keeps echoing that there is beauty and hope in this world and it’s worth fighting for and the other place echoes all the things my depression tried to convince me of when I was barely holding on, I’ll stick with the beauty thanks.
