Nice surprise at this morning's Perezluha Polytechnic Time Trial, where I got 5th in the Merckx class 8-mile TT with a time of 21m19s for an average of 22.6 mph.

I love watching #TimFitzwater videos. I used to live in Groton, CT, but wasn't riding bikes at the time. I wish I was but I did see most of the state as well as New England via motorcycle, so kinda same but not at all. lol

In a week, a group of us are headed over to the East Coast (almost) to ride around Lake Okeechobee on the L.O.S.T, which is about 115 miles on the multi-use path atop the dike. Today, we did a 65-82 mile training ride, depending where we started. I rode 75 miles door-to-door from my place. #gravel
