WTF is DOJ doing???? Bakit niyo pinayagan umalis si Bonoan??? Puro kayo technicality kesyo walang arrest warrant o hold departure order. So magiging ganito na lang ba sa lahat ng mga involved sa ghost flood control projects? Walang silbi.

I feel like if we reform Sandiganbayan, our governance will significantly improve.
It's obviously easier said than done, but that's why it's up to our lawmakers to push for this reform in the legislature.

I saw someone's hot take that the MAKABAYAN and the National Democratic Movement should start fielding in LGUs to end political dynasties.
The problem with this is that political dynasties are notorious for political violence, especially during election season. (See Maguindanao Massacre)

I agree with what several others have said about the so-called Emman Atienza Bill, na aabusuhin lang ito ng mga pulitikong balat-sibuyas at andami pa nila. Huwag na nating bigyan ng safeguards ang mga korap, lalo na't maari nila gamiting excuse ang mental health para sa sakim nilang gawain.

One of the fascinating aspects of the Quezon film was the idea of rural Filipino farmers having a poor understanding of independence. To this day, I still question whether we deserved our independence, considering the prevalence of predatory political dynasties that exploit the masses.

Some of my Filipino peers, who talk about ideologies like Communism in their online political ramblings, have never brought up political dynasties whenever they discuss the Philippines or any news involving radical communists. That's why I can never take their politics seriously.
