Still weighing just deleting socials, been planning to mod my old iPod with a couple friends and have enjoyed some time in my music library like it's 2006, And it feels good to just open my library and shuffle it, I feel like I get better stuff then shuffling on streaming

God, I really need to reorganise my work computer, I'm so tempted to completely wipe it and start over at this point, It's gotten so bloated with nearly a decade of fragments of old dead software and stuff

Even in 2026 you can find sick shows for $10, there are great cheap shows. want big artists cheap, come down like the fist of an angry God on Ticketmaster and Live Nation

So, my band for a few years has been doing the look of tactical gear with masks, usually silly masks, the whole band is a piss take, but I've been talking to them about moving away from the tactical gear. no pushback from anyone thankfully, but we aren't comfortable looking like them

Bob Weir is one of the celebrities I have met, and I can say, he was a very kind and genuine person in my interaction with him, not even much to say about it, he was just an ordinary person, just the same as any other local customer, and I respect him for that.

I know on some level that being a disabled queer person stating that ICE acts illegally and that Trump is not legitimate and in violating the constitution has forfeit the legitimacy of his government and it's authority is very dangerous for me. But that is honestly hilarious

ICE is doing what Police have done for decades, they are the same people on the same team, stop waiting for the bad guys to arrest themselves, this is why we've been calling for the defunding of the police for so long, they only swell the ranks of the fascists
This is a critical moment for police departments everywhere. We need to remember that each police department is a separate entity.
However, none of them have been protecting The People from ICE terrorists.

i couldn't make music with my kind of workflow and style that i do it at without years of prior experience in IT
if you have worked with audio in any significant capacity, you have run into nightmare computer issues associated with it. gotta minmax those build synergies

if you're young and choosing art as a career because "well art is fun and i suck at everything else!!", identify all the secondary skills and soft skills that go into art careers (ie time and finance management, working in a team, etc) and hone those skills above all else
