Tämä maa on aika pian sellaisessa tilassa, että mikään ei enää toimi.
Käräjäoikeuksiin kohdistuu merkittäviä säästöjä, irtisanomisia tulee ja ainakin määräaikaisia työsuhteita saatetaan katkaista. Hallituksen säästöt syynä. Käräjäoikeuksissa yhä enemmän pikaisia vangitsemisoikeudenkäyntejä ja nuorten osalta aina kiireellisiä.
