In Norway, people buying houses don’t use their own real estate agents. This is very weird to me after the US and Netherlands.

One starting point is to distinguish that the crust is just the top of the plate, it’s much thicker and includes mantle rock. There is also a pull, but it’s key to think of plates as lithosphere and not just the crust.

Surprised to learn Norwegians don’t use agents to buy houses. There’s only a selling agent. Going to be interesting.

I expect them to crumble sooner rather than later. I’m still annoyed that the VVD and the NSC thought it better to govern with PVV rather than form a centrist coalition with PVDA, etc. Ruling with the PVV should have been a red line for all of the parties.

The open convention plan was why I wanted Biden not to drop out. It’s just surreal to me how well he pulled off this transfer to Harris. So smooth and utterly unexpected, but I’m happy he did it.
