Re: these debates about corporate landlords like Scape. I am reading about big vs small business in early 20th USA, and reminded that antitrust law was initially used mainly against labour. Lesson: big v small capital is the wrong debate!
The big differences won't be in rents but in things like getting repairs done. Some individual landlords very good on this, others not so much.

I would love to know how GST thinks it can turn a profit if it holds another season. Obviously it wouldn't be able to recruit any big name athletes. Gambling, somehow, I guess?
