Live Nation/Ticketmaster is a monopoly, which is why it can get away with awful service, charging exorbitant prices, and tacking on fees as high as 75% of the ticket.

Biden sued to break it up.

But after intense lobbying from MAGA world lawyers, Trump's regime seems set to cut a sweetheart deal.

He called the Civil Rights Act an “anti-white weapon,” pushed the “great replacement,” called Juneteenth a “race hustle,” and compared J6 defendants to Black defendants in Jim Crow trials.

Trump can’t pardon election felon Tina Peters for state crimes, so he’s squeezing Colorado instead—moving Space Command, canceling $100 mn in grants, and vetoing a clean-water pipeline. This type of presidential coercion threatens federalism and rewards election misconduct, this CATO paper argues.

In a normal government, this results in the resignation of multiple cabinet officials (Transportation, Defense, and Homeland Security), and the closure or (at least!) radical reorg of the cartoonishly incompetent agency at the center of it: CBP.
