“Truth Social is not fact. This is what the courts are for.” Facts must be borne out in court. Presidents don’t get to just make things up. Exactly! Totally bizarre & not ok. To call a judge upholding facts incredible is sad in its own right.
Oregon AG Rayfield: The first thing that might’ve told you the federal government wasn’t doing so hot was when they started off some of their arguments by talking about Truth Social as their source of facts.
