TRUMP
Always on the side of the
Murderer

Today he defended Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman over the murder of Wash Post opinion columnist Jamal Khashoggi, saying “things happen” and he didn’t hold the Saudi leader responsible despite a US. intelligence report saying the opposite. (WashPost)
1. Trump suggests that Jamal Khashoggi may have deserved to be assassinated or at least should not be a sympathetic figure, and then says that the Saudi Crown Prince was unaware in advance of the assassination plot.

Trump’s own intel agencies concluded that MBS was aware in advance of the plot.

Friendly reminder because I covered this entire matter during the summer.

Kash and Pam took a thousand FBI employees off their ordinary work schedule and had them search for Trump’s name in thousands of documents. Who would actually believe that his name was not redacted everywhere it appeared?
Trump’s name, along with other high-profile individuals, was blacked out by the FBI from the Epstein files. After, Patel sent them to AG Bondi who briefed Trump in May and told him he was named in the files. Shortly after Trump claimed the files were a hoax or that they did not exist. #OpDeathEaters

Seems like a Pentagon Papers moment if stalling and stonewalling take hold.

When is the Epstein files vote - and why does Trump now say he wants them released?
There are still procedural and legal hurdles to cross before the files can be released to the public.

I believe Trump's DOJ will go down in history having the worst win/lose ratio. They don't mind losing. They know the losses only cost taxpayers. They have always planned to use the government to attack their opponents to reduce their opponents ability to fight any of their other illegal activities.
