Honestly, Zelensky proved he's a much better man than I am today. I would have punched Trump in the face had he said that to me in that position. Absolutely outrageous and disgusting from Trump.

Honestly, probably the thing that annoys me the most in the fitness community now is the debate over the best training split. There is no best training split. In fact, it almost doesn't matter. What matters is the rest of the program and no one pays attention to that at all.

Slightly disappointed with the result today, but I'm not really worried about it. Liverpool deserved to win. Manchester United only got that draw due to good finishing, great goalkeeping, and some luck. Liverpool win that game most times.

The Cody Gakpo goal basically won the game before halftime. Leicester were absolutely crushed by not getting into the half up 1-0. I said at halftime I think they'll fall apart. They did slightly better than I thought, but ya, beginning of the end.
