We roasted @emmanuelbernard.com the other day as a way of sending him off into the wilderness from Red Hat :( It was a great event and though with sadness there was a lot of love and respect.

When you work with people for years and grow to like and respect them I think they become family. On the one hand it makes it hard if you have to separate but on the other hand it's a proud moment. Doesn't make it easy though.
