If the ICE officer’s “Ballistic vest” couldn’t stop him from being shaken up by a thrown sandwich, how could it protect him from a bullet?
I feel different about the sandwich thrower since I saw on video that the sandwich was wrapped. A wrapped footlong has momentum, no flying lettuce or cold cuts slowing down the impact. Good thing the ICE agent had body armor.
