I wouldn’t call yesterday a disaster. Visma put everything on the line and it didn’t work. It was their only way to win and they sent it BIG.

I hate when teams ride for 2nd. Visma played every card they had, and took some losses. But they tried!

SQS has multiple objectives - get stage wins with Merlier and get a podium with Remco, so far its looking tough for Remco to get the top 3 but they do have 3 stage wins.

Visma ride entirely for Jonas + battle for odd stage win, and its about what they expected tho yesterday was no doubt a disaster

Jonas Vingegaard followed Tadej Pogačar’s late attack on Stage 10 of the Tour de France, something he wasn’t able to do at the Critérium du Dauphiné a month ago. The pair finished together, with Pogačar remaining 1:17 ahead of Vingegaard on GC.
