I hope Dems understand that the flip side of the "affordability" message is corruption. Trump is not bringing down costs, he's stealing your tax money to enrich himself & his family. You're forced to save & cut back; he's living like fucking Caligula.

The heads of Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, and Tesla all joined Trump at his inauguration.

Since then, largely thanks to Trump's Big Ugly Bill, their companies have reaped $51B in federal tax breaks — paid for by huge cuts to our social safety net.

This is what oligarchy looks like.

"Epstein class" is terrific not simply because several of them are directly tied to Epstein's crimes, but because it strikes at the corruption, immorality and impunity of that entire circle.

More lies from the regime. But will they be called out on them?
A follow up on this Jesse Watters clip from 3 weeks ago. The victim of ICE testified today before Congress that she was on her way to a 39th scheduled treatment at a traumatic brain injury center.

What does “Putin winning” actually mean?

It does not require tanks rolling into Kyiv.

It means:

•Ukraine is pressured into territorial concessions.
•russia keeps what it seized by force.
•War crimes go largely unpunished.
•The aggressor is rewarded with normalization, trade, and time to rearm.

It would be interesting to see where in the republican donations come from. I'm guessing a significant amount of this is a few very rich donors, whereas I expect the democratic support to come more from many small donations. Does anybody have this data?

Maybe the invasion of Minnesota and the murder of Americans by their government was meant to distract us from the fact that the president is all over the Epstein files and has been accused of raping children.

I don't understand this. We all share a planet. We all share the consequences of global warming. And yet there always seem to be people trying to "cheat" to get an advantage.
Until the damage is irreversible.
And then what will all their riches matter?
