Hay una paradoja curiosa. Muchas veces se plantea el chronos como un tiempo normal y el kairós como uno excepcional. Ahora bien, como con las revoluciones o las guerras, la historia (quizá más la contemporánea) centra a menudo su atención más en los momentos kairóticos.
