The same people demanding to know why the use of AI voices in Arc Raiders would cause a review score to drop so low fail to understand that now it’s actually being widely discussed, as opposed to swept under the rug.
I'm a bit surprised I've not heard of this being brought up more on the news cycle. But I guess a big name review is one way to do it.
For Arc Raiders to ride the wave of human sociability all the way to the bank, while also being so contemptuous of the thing that makes us social animals in its own workflow demonstrates a lack of artistic integrity that I find impossible to ignore.

Always interesting how every now and then I'll have someone be really arrogant/rude to "Nicoffin" because he's just some small affiliate streamer but at the same time I have people being overly deferential to me on my other "identity". Very jarring weird experience, don't really recommend it.

As I'm approaching the end of my first streamed TTRPG campaign, I'm glad to say it's been an awesome experience, learned a lot about DMing, especially with a live audience. Very excited to do more campaigns in the future, possibly with other entire systems and settings, too.
